Get to know the woman behind the hook

I'm a 21 year old SAHM who doesn't get out much. When I'm not wrestling my daughter to get her diaper on, you can usually find me creating something new.

Whether it be a painting, playing guitar, writing songs, jewelry making, or crocheting; I am always striving to create something new. Growing up my mother was always making crafts, and my grandmother would have craft nights with us when we visited in the summer. I guess you can say it runs in my blood to be the crafty creative person I am today.

Crochet is my newest hobby. I first picked up a hook at age 14 but it was a failed attempt. I mean I was a freshman in high-school, I had so many other things to worry about. After giving birth to my daughter in 2021 Family and friends gifted us beautiful crocheted blankets, sweaters, slippers, and much more. This sparked the fire in me. I needed to create something. I wanted to be able to make my daughter items that she can hold on to and even pass down to her own children one day.

What is the purpose of Emmys Homemade Creations? I am very excited to share that I am selling my creations! what I have posted on the store is the only inventory I have. Jewelry is one of a kind unless specified otherwise.
